CNC Turning Capabilities

Rable Machine’s CNC turning centers is equipped with hard-wired CNC controls and tools to minimize set-up times, as well as automatic part catching and indexing capabilities. Our CNC turning machines also possess magazine bar feeders with 4’ bar stock length capacity to increase production efficiency. All of these features make our innovative CNC turning machinery well-suited for the manufacturing of highly complex, precision parts.

With a 10” chucking capacity, our CNC turning services are capable of turning parts measuring up to 20 inches in length, meeting ultra-tight tolerances of ± 0.0002”. CNC Turning Centers enable the manufacturing of very complex parts. Our machines are equipped with dual spindles and live tools allowing for parts to come off our machines complete.

Dual Spindle / Dual Turret Machines

Some of our machines are equipped with dual spindles, dual turrets and live tools allowing for even greater flexibility.

Internal Measuring Probes

In order for our machines to hold critical tight tolerance dimensions we have equipped some of our machines with internal probes that can be programmed to periodically go into the part and take a measurement. Once this has been completed and seen that adjustments are required the machine will automatically make the necessary adjustment assuring dimensions are being held within tolerance.

Automatic Bar Feeders

Machines are equipped with automatic bar feeders allowing for non stop operation.

Robotic Automation

To improve throughput and automation a robotic cell has been added. This allows for uninterrupted production and consistency in the parts being machined and at a high production rate.
