Our innovative CNC milling and drilling technology offers live tooling capabilities, a large, 40” X 20.1” X22" work envelope, and automatic pallet changers for added manufacturing efficiency. We work with a wide variety of materials, meeting ultra-tight tolerances as close as ± 0.0002” on all part dimensions.

Vertical Milling Services

Process Description Milling is a material removal process in which unwanted material are cut away to create a variety of features on a part. Flat, curved, or irregular surfaces are fed against a rotating cutter containing a number of cutting edges. A vertical milling machine orients the cutter vertically.
