Rable has been in the Machined Parts industry since 1946. We machine a variety of materials including Steel, Brass, Copper, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron and Plastic. Our facility measures 30,000 square feet and is operated in Mansfield, Ohio.

Rable has become very efficient at supplying quality Machined Parts and we take pride in delighting our customers. We understand the specific needs of each customer as well as what their particular industry requires for their parts. We are also ISO-9002 Compliant and working toward our 3rd party registration by the end of the year.

Rable offers a unique mix of capabilities including 18 Brown & Sharpe Screw Machines, which have a maximum capacity of 2-3/8" diameter. Our state of the art C.N.C. Machines feature Swiss capacity is 25 MM (1.006"), our Lathes to 15" and our Machining centers to 31.9" X,20.1" Y,22" Z. All of our Lathes have Bar Feed capability for the most productive operation and our Machining Centers are equipped with Fourth Axis Rotary Indexers. We have very precise Centerless Grinding and Internal Honing capabilities. We have a fully equipped Quality Department including coordinate Measuring Equipment and Air Gaging. We are producing product with tolerances to .0002 on a daily basis. A lean business philosophy is followed at Rable as Just-In-Time (J.I.T.), Statistical Process Control (S.P.C.) and Bar Coding are supplied to our current customers by our employee owners. Yes, your parts will be machined by people who have a vested interest in Rable's success and therefore your success. Rable Machine is a 100% employee owned company (ESOP) since 1992. Our 52-turn inventory management system may be of interest as your company addresses the number of times your inventory turns and the management of your cash flow. We can customize the system to allow each customer to turn Rable supplied inventory as often as is possible. We do not limit line item value or number of pieces released at a given time.
