Rable Machine, Inc. is a Precision Machine Shop located in Mansfield Ohio

2009-2010 53,000 Sq. Ft. BuildingRable Machine, Inc. has been a well established business for over 60 years and 100% employee owned since 1992. We are a custom machining company focused on delighting our customers with outstanding quality and service. Our capabilities include CNC Turning, Milling, Drilling, Tapping, Swiss Turn, Screw Machining and Assembly Operations.  Rable Machine is a financially strong and stable company with our sites on the future.

As a result of our continued strategic growth over the last several years we have just recently opportunities for continued growth. space will allow for greater flexibility to expand and provide significantnewer industrial park near the Mansfield Ohio airport. This increased purchased a 53,000 sq. ft. building on 13 acres in a opportunities for continued growth.

(See our Quality Assurance Page for more details)Over the past several years into 2012 we have grown an average of 20% per year and have invested over $6.5 million in capital equipment and improvements. A significant portion of these improvements have been in new "State of the Art" equipment. (See our Equipment List for full details)  This has allowed us to dramatically expand capacity and complexity and significantly improve Quality and Throughput. Also see our new Fastrack Proto-Type Department.

Rable customer service "Can Do Attitude" includes (52) turn inventory service, Kan/Ban Replenishment Stocking Programs, Value Added Engineering, Design Input to lower costs and Consignment of Your Parts is available.

Rable machine employees a "Cellular Manufacturing" structure along with "LEAN" business principals. This has allowed us to provide continuous improvement and drive Quality back into our "LEAN Manufacturing Cells".

Many Types Of CapabilitiesRable's products are used in fluid management systems, flow control, industrial automation, network power systems, climate control systems, oil and gas transmission, petrochemical and petroleum refining, medical devices, and other industrial high tech innovations. Other industries served include aviation, aerospace, telecommunications, banking, printing, defense and pump and valve applications.

Rable also has a highly qualified and fully equipped Quality Control Department. Our people are very in tune with various quality techniques and improvement methods such as SPC and 8D problem solving. We are ISO 2001-2008 certified as surveyed by several of our customers in the aerospace industry and we plan to be third party registered by the end of the year.
